WELLNESS DEFINED
For me, I learned that wellness is achieved when my Spirit, Soul (mind, will & emotions) and Body are in sync. I didn't learn this overnight. I've learned this through my relationship with Jesus Christ and listening to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I've learned this through much study and practice over many years and will share what I learned with you. You can learn this too.
Step 1: Ask Jesus into your life. Ask Him to be your Lord & Savior and His Holy Spirit will reside in your heart. He will guide you from that point forward....if you let Him. (Romans 10:9-10 "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.")
Step 2: Renew your mind daily with the Word of God, the Bible. It has been my life line and can be yours as well. (Romans 12:2 "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.")
Step 3: Act on the Word. In other words, do what it says, don't just read it. (James 1:22 "But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.")
Always remember that Jesus paid the price for you to be healed and keep this scripture uppermost in your mind:
John 10:10 "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they
may have it more abundantly."
