FAITH
I don’t remember exactly when, but quite a few years after I as diagnosed with MS, I finally caught on to something. I had been reading in the Kenneth Copeland magazine, or the Kenneth Hagin magazine, about faith and healing. Suddenly I connected with the fact that believing for my healing required the same faith as believing for my salvation. In other words, the faith I used to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior and receive Him into my heart was the exact same faith I needed to use to receive my healing. It’s not any different!!!
Once I got over that hurdle of thinking I needed some other kind of faith, everything started to make sense to me. It was then that these scriptures came alive to me:
Ephesians 2:8,9 “I mean that you have been saved by grace because you believed. You did not save yourselves; it was a gift from God. You are not saved by the things you have done, so there is nothing to boast about. God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us new people so that we would spend our lives doing the good things He had already planned for us to do.” (ERV)
Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” NKJV
Romans 10:17 “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” NKJV
James 5:14,15 “Are you sick? Ask the elders of the church to come and rub oil on you in the name of the Lord and pray for you. If such a prayer is offered in faith, it will heal anyone who is sick. The Lord will heal them. And if they have sinned, He will forgive them.” ERV
2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Romans 1:17 “The Good News shows how God makes people right with Himself. God’s way of making people right begins and ends with faith. As the Scriptures say, “The one who is right with God by faith will live forever.” ERV
Romans 4:5, 16“But people cannot do any work that will make them right with God. So they must trust in Him. Then He accepts their faith, and that makes them right with Him. He is the one who makes even evil people right.16 So people get what God promised by having faith. This happens so that the promise can be a free gift. And if the promise is a free gift, then all of Abraham’s people will get that promise. The promise is not just for those who live under the Law of Moses. It is for all who live with faith as Abraham did. He is the father of us all.” ERV
Heb 11:6 “Without faith no one can please God. Whoever comes to God must believe that He is real and that He rewards those who sincerely try to find Him.” ERV
It appears we can’t earn our salvation any more than we can earn our healing. Both are given to us by the grace of God and simply require us to accept, believe and receive them by faith. Everything with God begins and ends with faith!!

The best fitness tip for building up your arms is to work opposite muscles in opposite sets of each other. The best example would be to work the triceps and then the biceps. Each has the opportunity to rest while the other is being worked. This minimizes your time and maximizes your workout.
